Armenia, Russia sign agreement on air force fleet

Armenia and Russia have signed an agreement on the air force fleet of Armenia, the latter’s embassy in Russia informed.

A new agreement was signed Sunday between the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the United Aircraft Corporation of Russia, the aforesaid diplomatic mission said in a statement.

Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan and Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan took part in the signing ceremony.

According to the information, the agreement refers to the modernization of the aviation fleet of the Armenian Armed Forces.
